Coaching

Well I just signed up to be a coach for Beachbody! I am so excited! You know what my diet and exercise routine isn't perfect but my love for changing myself and helping others is! I am so committed at this point in my life it isn't even funny! I know there are big changes in line for my family and myself! These are going to be on the inside and the outside! Mom's if you need help I am here to support you! At one point in my life I never thought I was going to be able to change the way I looked and felt about myself, but I have the help of an awesome woman and other people cheering me on! It is true what they say about being accountable and having someone being supportive of you. One thing I haven't done is let my family in on the secret. The ONLY reason my husband knows is well he lives with me. But I am going to let my results speak for themselves and then when they ask for help or what I did I am going to do it.
